John Mayer great show, iffy sound mix
Infinity Song and his band put on a recommend show. Robbie McIntosh's playing was perfect, allowing John to stretch out on several numbers. Both Michael Franti & Spearhead and Infinity Song and his band played excellent music, well paced. Steve Jordon's drumming was in the pocket as always.
The show was great, but due to the sound mix, I only gave it a recommend instead of an "Amazing." The bass around 80-120 HZ was really overpowering, booming over the rest of the sound. The spiking in those frequencies did detract from the overall experience, overwhelming at times.
Excellent show other than that. Go see Infinity Song and his band, you won't be disappointed.
